My kids love dinosaurs. They read about them, they watch videos on YouTube, and soak up all movies about them. So planning a trip to Dinosaurs Island was a no brainer. Of course. manage your expectations. There are about 10 to 15 dinosaurs in the park, all equipped with sensors for movement. So when you go near them, they move and roar. Enough for the kids to scream and get scared. We loved it!
At the end of the trail, there’s even a dinosaur dance show, which was fun to watch as well. Aside from the park itself, you can opt to ride the open air cars for another trail, which is full of dinosaur-costumed people. They stick their heads in the car and try to bite you. Scary enough for Des and Vania to scream!
And there’s also a 7D theater (air conditioned, thank goodness) where you can pick the movie for the audience. We picked canyon coaster which had nothing to do with dinosaurs, but was pretty fun.
Half day here, and if your kids love dinosaurs as much as ours, well worth it!
