Free Parking. Day 5 of #40DaysinChristianLife

free parking

In the House of Representatives, the parking situation usually is an indicator of the House session for the afternoon. When parking is full and difficult, to the point you have to park on the grass – the session will be long and last into the night. When parking is relatively easy, with slots to spare – session will probably last an hour or two. But today was a first. I got to the parking area and, well, I was the only one in that area (there are cars in other areas, of course). So I predict an open-close session tonight. Maybe because the recess starts on Thursday? In any case, this was a first for me to be the only car in the area I park πŸ™‚

Just simple pleasures. Daily miracles. And reading the signs of the times.
