>Day 4 of Relief Operations

>Day 4

Even with the threat of a bigger, super Typhoon Pepeng, the relief operation continues!

We sent to the following areas today: Riverside Village in Cainta (their creek is full and blocked with garbage, so if it starts raining, it will overflow again. Just like many areas around the city); Binangonan in Rizal (sleeping material for the people in evacuation centers); San Mateo in Rizal; Country Homes Village, Greenpark Village and Vista Verde Village in Cainta; Valenzuela City; Obando, Bulacan; Pinagbuhatan, Pasig; Talim Island (in Laguna Lake, reachable only by boat); Tanay in Rizal; and, Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish in Muntinlupa.

Thank you for your donations! It doesn’t cease to amaze me when we see people giving… money, clothes, anything! Thank you to: Frank Padilla; Des Padilla; Alfee Pontejos; Nonong Contreras; Melvin Mendoza; Bob and Medz Sison; Let Antolin; Jenny Rivera Singson; CFC FFL Cavite; Iyam Salvanera; all those who give daily (who I’ve mentioned over the past few days); and all those who want to stay Anonymous (we know who you are, and so does God). Thank you!

Thank you to our volunteers! Fulltimer workers, Staff workers, Mission Volunteers, YFL, SFL, CFC, Handmaids, Servants, KFL, those affected by the flood but volunteer to help out. Everyone! Thank you.

Christianity is alive and well in the Philippines and around the world! πŸ™‚ Keep praying and keep moving!

It’s 2:40PM and we might have to send people home early due to the impending typhoon.
